We have a nice 2012 Remos GX held in a LLC partnership, and we are looking for the right person to join us. The plane is kept in a heated hangar at the Morgan County Airport. It's a $30k buy in for one of four shares in the LLC. Fixed costs for three users is right about $300 a month. Every member of the partnership gets a vote, shares in the efforts to keep it clean and waxed, is an actual part owner, and helps control the LLC. Terms and conditions are currently set and working well for the two existing partners, but can be adjusted for the right person and circumstances. We currently put $40 an hour into reserves when we use the plane, and that has done well for both covering repairs and for building up reserves for future needs.
