Selling our Bullfrog R7L premium hot tub (manufactured February 2016). This spa was installed at one of our professionally managed vacation rental homes and has been routinely serviced and maintained by Tropical Spas of St. George, a Bullfrog dealer and service company.

The hot tub was removed during a property upgrade and has been drained and stored. It would make an excellent spa for a home, cabin, vacation rental, or anyone looking for a premium Bullfrog at a fraction of the cost of new.

Known Condition

The spa is in good overall condition with one known mechanical issue:

One JetPak has a leak. The jet still functions properly, but the leaking JetPak can be repaired or replaced if desired. Replacement JetPaks and parts are readily available through Bullfrog dealers.

The exterior cabinet also has cosmetic sun exposure from years outdoors, and a few cabinet panels have bowed slightly. This is cosmetic only and does not affect the structural integrity of the spa. DIY conditioners / Restorers can be used for this.

Maintenance History

This spa has received routine professional maintenance by Tropical Spas throughout its service life. Recent maintenance and replacement parts include: (Currently working on looking up and posting all parts individually. Unfortunately Bull Frog in St George Burnt down a couple years ago and lost all records.)

A comparable new Bullfrog spa sells for well over $12,000, making this a great opportunity to own a premium spa at a significant savings.

Buyer is responsible for installation

Transportation available at reasonable distance (less than 300 miles) and

buyer-seller will determine fair market cost for transport.
