This is a 110 volt Spectra 11 Stone Melanger. It can make chocolate! The machine sells for about $450. It was only used two or three times. It’s surprisingly heavy, but if that starts to bug you, just remember the 1969 Hollies hit, “It Ain’t Heavy, it Makes Chocolate.” If you’re interested in this, let us know right away.
