Dorper Lambs - organically fed grass hay, dried peas and dried corn. Dorper's are a heritage breed bred for tenderness, marbling and taste. Taste and texture is like eating fine beef with mild lamb flavoring. Each lamb is approximately 100lbs of legs of lamb roasts, chops, shoulder steaks, ribs and ground. Pick up from Hotchkiss Butcher or local delivery within 50 miles of Hotchkiss available.
