The ownership group of the Serenity Houseboat is seeking additional owners to join our amazing group. Prime weeks are available in August and mid-September and additional weeks are available for owners to use for a nominal fee in May and October and the week of July 4. Available weeks will be discussed with interested parties.

Potential buyers must certify experience operating houseboats including Lake Powell is required by the insurance carrier.

The Serenity is a 1994 Sumerset 65’ x 14’ Houseboat. A complete refit was completed in 2016 with all new systems throughout. Every system on the boat was gone through meticulously and replaced or repaired and maintenance is prioritized every year. This boat offers everything you could want in a multi-ownership houseboat on Lake Powell.
