It is a Very solid roomy trailer for the price point it did sustain some light staining on a few areas of the canvas many years ago Purely cosmetic. The roof, Lift system, cushions, matresses, electrical, plumbing, appliances and overall trailer is extremely solid comfortable and the size and features make camping so enjoyable. Everything works as it should. It has fresh water in it 100% and it’s ready to camp and everything works Brand new full 5G propane tank It will come with a solar setup for off grid capability so power won’t be an issue.
