Well-maintained Specialized Rockhopper Expert ready for cross-country riding, NICA racing, trail riding, or anyone looking for a lightweight, capable hardtail. This bike was used for Jr. Devo/NICA and has been consistently maintained with several quality upgrades.
Recent upgrades and maintenance:
- Upgraded SRAM GX Eagle rear derailleur
- Brand new rear rim
- Tubeless tires with fresh sealant
- Brand new brake pads
- Recently serviced with a brake flush
- Shifting is crisp, and the bike is tuned and ready to ride
The bike is approximately 4 years old and is in excellent overall mechanical condition. The medium frame is a great fit for many riders moving into adult sizing, as well as shorter adults.
Note: The rear brake works but isn't as powerful as it should be. It has been professionally serviced with new pads and a brake flush, and my bike shop recommended replacing the rear brake in the future if stronger braking is desired.
