There is a small open arena and round pen available for use.

- Hoof picking 3x week: $20 / Hoof conditioning 3x week : $30 \
- Fly Spraying: 3x week $20 OR 7x week: $40 \
- Turn Out for an hour at a time: 3x week $30 \
- Lunging 3x week: $75\
- Stand By Care (farrier/vet checks on property): $50 \
- Washing 3x week: $75 \
