It comes with the door; we painted it and put new floors in on horse side and It also comes with plywood so you can finish where your beds are laying and the floor in the trailer living quarters or an older weekend stock trailer or just a stock trailer with a tack room it also has brand new tires I have other stock trailer without a tack room that I might be willing to trade to on top of this one for nice trailer
