VenmoThis is a Rockwood 1040XL pop-up camper travel trailer in pretty good condition. Sleeps 4 comfortably, 5 if someone actually wants to sleep on the folded down dining nook. Features new power roof vent and interior LED lights, newer wheels, recently repacked bearings, and a clean title. Comes with Vigorvan cover in excellent condition, new vinyl wheel covers, 2-year old 12V deep cycle battery (kept on tender when not in use), re-fillable propane tank, and good fire extinguisher. All waterproofing has been replaced at exterior joints with flex-tape/butyl tape, Geocel ProFlex RV sealant, and white vinyl trim inserts. Easy-Lifter system works very well! Not all original interior/exterior accessories are present, but everything there works. Original owners manual and operator guides are included. Canvas is in excellent condition over 99% of it, but there was one thin spot that I patched to be on the safe side. Canvas has been cleaned regularly and waterproofed annually. Unit is completely waterproof during normal use, inadvertently tested in thunderstorms at Bear Lake and Lava Hot Springs!
