This cello was originally $1035 retail, and still has the tag to prove it. However, it is a student-model cello, laminated construction, and although it functions fine, it has a student-quality tone.

It was rescued by a couple in American Fork when their neighbor moved--but it had a broken bridge, a fallen soundpost etc. and was never played.

I am selling it for a little over what it took to make it playable/functional for its new owner: a new bridge, a new C string, some new fine tuners, the soundpost reset, and a "new" full-wood bow (the old bow is terrible).

Physically, it is in beautiful condition--no breaks--hardly even a scratch.

It's looking for the right owner--someone wanting to learn without breaking the bank, a student who doesn't want to carry their school instrument back and forth every day etc.

Should fit "most" peopel 13 years and up (around 8th grade and higher).
