VenmoThis is a 2025 Specialized Enduro Comp size S3 with a fairly significant amount of parts changed out from stock. First off the different color rear end is because I crashed quite hard and broke the original one. Instead of purchasing a replacement from Specialized my friend and a previous year Enduro that he broke the front triangle on in a bad crash and gave me the rear end off his bike. Besides the mismatched color this rear end does not take a UDH derailleur like the original one. The stock Shimano Deore drivetrain was trash and after the clutch went out on it, I replaced it with a old Sram GX 12 speed drivetrain I had lying around. The GX stuff is well used but functions great. I have wrapped electrical tape around the opening of the Swat box to quiet down the rattling. I've upgraded the wheels to carbon Roval Traverse HD rims on the original DT Swiss rims. Both wheels have Cush Core inserts. I also replaced the brakes with new Sram Maven Silver ones. The fork and shock have been serviced this year and I've only ridden it once since then.
