This gorgeous 3-year-old APHA mare is looking for her next partner! With eye-catching color, a sweet personality, and a solid foundation being built, she’s ready for someone who enjoys bringing along a young horse.

She is not started under saddle yet, but is progressing well in her groundwork and will continue training for another month before she’s ready to head to her new home.

She is a slightly reactive mare when introduced to pressure, particularly on her face, but she’s making excellent progress and is learning to stop, think, and respond instead of simply reacting. With consistency and patient handling, she continues to improve each session.

She is also a little girthy, but this has already begun improving with regular work and should continue to resolve as she gains experience.

Personality

🥒 If you have cucumbers, you’ll have her heart—they’re her absolute favorite treat! She LOVES water! Baths, hosing off after a workout, sprinklers…she’ll happily stand and enjoy every minute. ️ Curious, expressive, and full of personality. She’s the kind of mare that builds a strong bond with her person.

She has 0.5 APHA Halter points and the looks to excel in a variety of disciplines. She is being offered as a quality young prospect for someone wanting to continue her education their way.

She will be available to leave after another month of training.

Located in Idaho and happy to help arrange transportation to Northern Utah. She is current on vaccinations, deworming, and routine care, and will go home with a current Coggins and health certificate, so she’s ready for her next adventure.
