Yearling Bay paint Colt Dam is half pony half quarter horse, Sire is full quarter horse. His mom was rode and started and a great calm horse that’s you could go hop on in the pasture without a halter even on her. We have had a lot of fun with these quarter horse, pony crosses. Some are competitive pole horses, or have excelled in 4-H. He is going to be an athletic horse, and should fill out to a good sized horse finishing somewhere between 13-14 hands, but pretty stout. We really just started working with him the past month, and he leads good just needs to be in a smaller pen to catch and a little nervous about it still but coming along really well.
