It’s in excellent condition but upon inspection noticed a crack in one of the tires that lost a little air, when it was filled it is holding air,
but you’ll probably need at least one new tire and it would be recommended to buy new tires due to the age of the rubber,
it will also need a new battery because the existing battery that was purchased and installed three years ago and is currently dead
so plan on a new battery and four tires. top condition again.
The unit is in Wyoming, right off the freeway a short 40 minute drive from Salt Lake and need to be picked up there,
It’s parked at the entry so trucker could back up to it and onto the trailer to load it
There is no title but a full bill of sale and transfer ownership will happen
there are two keys.
