2004 Honda Metropolitan

I’m selling my wife’s scooter. It no longer runs and I can’t figure out why. It would be perfect for someone with more mechanical experience than I have for a rebuild or it would be great for parts if you already have this scooter. It was blue but we had it painted pink. There is some damage to the front fender from it being tipped over in the garage. Other than that the tires and body are in great shape. I’m not looking for trades so don’t ask.
