Jayco 27 Bunk House, this has been a great trailer for our family. It’s been in the family since it was new. Heat, A/C, water heater, water pump, city water connection, sewer system, fridge and freezer, and all other functions in the trailer work great. The TV and DVD player even work. The awning has been falling apart the past two years, and we have finally ordered a new one. It will have a new awning next week. Pictures will be updated after that has been done. 37 gallon fresh water. 32.5 grey water and 32.5 black capacity. 4,880 pounds dry, and 7500 pound loaded down. It has two 6 volt batteries for the system. Boon-docking is great with this trailer. I will include the hitch with it, it has a torsion bar hitch with a 2 5/16 ball.
