Honest note: After casting for a while, the reel will occasionally not engage immediately when you start reeling. Usually all it takes is a slight turn of the handle (or manually engaging it) and it’s good to go. I believe it simply needs a cleaning and fresh lubrication. Other than that, it casts great and has never bird nested on me.
