My daugher is selling her lease at the Green on Campus Drive right next to UVU. $720 per month plus utilities. 2 minute walk to UVU, free parking, pool, 27/7 gym, and so many other amenities. It is a large private room and a large private bathroom with a great view from the top floor. I need it off my hands ASAP! I have enjoyed living here but I'm moving up north because I am getting a new job. Message her for pics or a tour. She will cover transfer fees. It is so much cheaper than signing on a lease.
