We purchased it used about 2 years ago, so I don't know the original model year, but it's equipped with a newer Shimano Deore M6100 drivetrain and Trailcraft suspension fork.

The bike has normal cosmetic scratches from kids riding trails, but no known mechanical issues. It's lightweight, climbs exceptionally well, and is a huge upgrade over typical kids mountain bikes.
