VenmoThis Unimog started its life as a Swiss Army vehicle. After a few years of service it was imported to the US and was owned by one owner for decades in Park City. I purchased it from him a few years ago.
The current mileage on this truck is 11,677 kilometers which translates to 7,255 miles from new. This truck has been garaged all of its life and is in excellent condition, museum quaitiy.
It fires right up and runs great.
What makes a Unimog special is it has a ladder frame that is designed to flex and a coil spring suspension that is designed to keep all of the wheels on the ground all of the time. It also has portal axles that give you better ground clearance.
Unimogs are incredible off road vehicles, but not so great for the street. The top speed on this vehicle is about 60 kph. This would be a great option for someone who owns a lot of property and need a way to get to the other side of the ranch, some one that want to crush all of the other 4 wheelers at moab or some one that has a museum. Or a ski area that needs to traverse adverse terrain in the summerr to maintain there ski lifts.
Look up unimogs in Moab on you tube. They are amazing.
