ApplePayBorn on May 23rd … ready for their new homes by July 11th weekend. Prices will vary … more for merle coats and/or blue eyes. Only two pups have merle coats … four have double blue eyes .. two have double green eyes .. and one has brown eyes.
Mom is a pure tricolor Australian Shepherd with double ALX4 blue eyes and the dad is a double furnished (FF) chocolate merle Bernedoodle, also with double blue eyes … making these puppies highly hypoallergenic but with coats that will be doodle fluffy and straight, not curly and matted.
There are at least three different types of blue eyes, but only the very rare ALX4 blue eyes are unusually dominant on even solid color coats. Google “ALX4 blue eyes” to see how rare this gene is (only 1-2% of puppies have these combined genetics).
Genetic tests are being submitted on each of these pups to know the intensity of coloring and strength of ALX4 status, in addition to dozens of genetic health conditions. Opportunities for co-ownership possible for a couple of these pups (please inquire).
