I have about ten of these super nice area lights, including the drivers. The photo shows it in black but my lights are powder coated white. The lights alone were about $200 each and then the drivers were another 100+. I got them to illuminate a sport court and they worked awesome but we then ended up doing a custom linear LED solution instead. These things are outdoor rated and put out a ton of light. ESL is a Utah based company who only sells through distributors but if you need attachment components or want to switch out the driver power/kelvins, they're easy to work with.
