Beautiful West Elm Urban 2-Piece Sleeper Sectional with Storage Chaise in the discontinued gray bouclé fabric. This is the left-hand chaise configuration and includes a hidden storage compartment plus a pull-out full-size sleeper with the original West Elm foam mattress. The mattress measures approximately 52” × 72” (slightly smaller than a standard full, though standard full sheets fit well).

The sectional has been well cared for and is in excellent used condition. Cushions remain plush and supportive, the upholstery is clean, the sleeper mechanism works smoothly, and the mattress has seen very little use.
