This is beautiful second-grade Santos Mahogany flooring with a lot of blonde and highlights. Santos mahogany, also called Cabriuva, has a very distinct look and is very dense and hard (about 2200 on the Janka hardness scale; oak is about 1300). It is a renowned flooring option in many high-end homes. Normal pricing is about $6-10 per sq. ft.

We have about 200 sq. ft. of 3-inch-wide planks in bundles, plus another 20-30 sq. ft. already finished that we had to remove as part of a remodel
