Preferred lease term is through summer 2027, although I’m happy to discuss slightly different arrangements for the right fit.

- Convenient Millcreek location with quick access to downtown, Sugar House, Millcreek Canyon, and the freeway. We’re directly on a north/south bike route.
- There are 3 off-street parking spots behind the house.
- Exceptional gear storage: three dedicated storage rooms, indoor bike storage, and additional shed space for skis, climbing gear, camping equipment, and other outdoor gear.
- Common areas are fully furnished. This includes the upstairs dining room, living room and the basement family/tv room.
- We have a lovely backyard with lights, a large garden, seating, shade, and a grill.
- All the carpet in the home has been replaced in the last 18 months.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is room for additional stuff, and each roommate will have their own cupboards/pantry space.
About us:
The current upstairs tenant is a 29-year-old GIS analyst who enjoys photography, gardening, climbing, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
The house tends to be a great fit for professionals and outdoor enthusiasts looking for a friendly home environment that balances community with privacy and quiet hours.
House Rules:
- No pets currently, although exceptions may be considered for the right situation.
- No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property, no vaping/cannabis inside.

$1,150/month includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, and fiber internet) as well as monthly professional cleaning. The cleaners service the entire house, including bedrooms if desired.
