Professionally managed by Laketime concierge services—they handle the heavy lifting, including launch and turnover. Just show up and go. Trip fee ~$2,000. Fuel is handled on land, saving about $2/gallon compared to marina pricing. Laketime does the whole turnover - pack & go from dry storage. They offer extra fuel tanks, bedding, water toys, etc. The perfect setup for an easy, turnkey Lake Powell experience. We have taken this boat all the way to the top of Rock Creek & have had the absolute best adventures with our family. We purchased a 1/2 share on another houseboat, so we are ready to pass this along to the next happy Powell family. Unforgettable memories await.
Here’s the typical payment schedule and how ownership works: End of July: $2,000 trip fee is due. This covers the turnover, allows Laketime to pull the permits, and gets your boat launch scheduled. About a month after your trip: You’ll receive an invoice for any fuel overages, if applicable. November: Owners receive an annual maintenance assessment. The amount depends on repairs completed that season. It’s typically $500–$1,000, although one year it was $2,200 when the roof was completely redone. January: Annual ownership dues are due, which are $3,200 per year.
This is a one-week share with 16 owners, owned through an LLC.
