This is an awesome trailer. It has all the comforts of a larger heavy house trailer that is light enough to be pulled behind any small truck or midsized suv. You can fit the whole family in this spacious trailer, it has a king a queen and a full sized bed. All the amenities should work, I haven’t fired them up so I can’t confirm. The awnings is intact and comes with a mesh bug guard that hangs off the awning to add an awesome level of comfort while out camping. The only downside of the whole trailer is it has some water damage that has been sealed.
