Gibson Les Paul Adam Jones Signature.

The headstock on this guitar was repaired by a professional luthier Ray from Murphy's Guitars, and I think it's the best headstock repair I've ever seen and now stronger than the original.

He put in reinforcement maple splines and redid the paint and clear coat on the headstock. You can't see it except for a small line in the nitro finish if you let it reflect the light just right (see attached video). The guitar was brand new when the headstock cracked and have had maybe a total of 5 hours of total play.

The crack was above the truss rod cavity so it had no effect on that.
