Not perfect but It is in good shape. Everything thing works including the on board generator and the A/C unit. Fridge gets cold and freezer will keep your ice cream frozen. Separate bedroom with a queen bed up front and duel bunk beds in the rear. The table and bench seat both also fold into beds. You have enough room to realistically sleep 8-10 people. We put a brand new awning on it and has a new water heater. Duel 6v batteries. Propane tanks were recertified last year. Tires are in good shape as well. I have a 2015 RZ4 1000 with 32” tall tires and it fits in here. It’s tight but it fits lol. Title in hand.
