Free. Juvenile rooster. He currently has no tail feathers. Long story short, “she” was returned as a chick because previous owners wiped all feathers off trying to clean its rear end. Tractor supply asked if we would take “her” for free. Turned out to be a rooster in the end and we can’t keep him. Feathers are slowly growing.
