ZelleSeriously rugged but lightweight. The wheels and axel are 2000 lb rating with inter and outer sealed greased bearings and custom made for me in Pennsylvania by Carriage Machine Shop. (look them up on line)They have a 3/4” hard rubber outer rim. Supper smooth and easy to push/pull. Rear push and pull bar for easy grade travel up or down. Perfectly ballanced when loaded correctly. Payload is good for whatever one can handle. I've had it at 450 lbs. and can pull it myself easlily on flat ground or slight grades. More people more payload. The rest is all aluminum but the fasteners. This is a serious prepper bug out cart. The 48” rubber rim wheels navigate rocks, curbs and ruts with relative ease. It breaks down easily for compact storage. Re-assembles in less than an hour.
I built 38 total units and they all sold for $1900. This is the last one.
