Sweet Jane is a1984 Merit 22, masthead sloop, with a lifting centerboard.

The draft with the keel up 2’, draft keel down is 4’. Keel is operated by a 2500 lb winch.

Sails are Rolly Tasker, reefable main and 150% Genoa on a CDI Fuler 2 furler and are both in good condition. Main sail cover.

Standing rigging is in excellent shape, running rigging is fair.

She has a new tiller, Danforth anchor, two fire extinguishers, four life jackets, first aid kit, small propane stove and a Porta Potti.

Fenders, dock lines and a few extras. I have a new Hawkeye depth sounder uninstalled in the box.

Upholstery is two years old.

I built an A-frame to raise and lower the mast and a custom crutch when she is on the trailer.

The trailer is in great shape with new lights, good tires and packed bearings.

I have a 2009 Mercury 6 hp long shaft outboard available for an additional $500. Always starts on the second pull.
