I have attached the images from the website PB Teen when I bought it to show it's full dimensions as well as the current photos. It was purchased for our old home and we moved by the time it arrived so it sat unused except the last year when we finally brought it here, but it doesn't fit his current space. We will sell it with or without the bunk mattress. It has one little chip on ladder and one on top corner but I believe I have the factory corrector pen and will use it to cover that so not as obvious and just some signs of use at the top where the ladder attaches. Couch has never been used (he just piles blankets and pillows on it). Full dimensions in photos.
