It is annually on week 24 from Saturday to Saturday. (Usually the second Saturday each June)

Unit Size: 2 bedroom condo with king beds in both rooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional queen Murphy bed, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a private outdoor deck/patio where bikes and outdoor gear can be safely stored.

Villa’s at Southgate is an amazing place to stay and we have loved it for years! It has a golf course, putting green, 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, grills, picnic areas, a playground, a sports court, a fitness center, games room, barbecue grills, a self-serve laundry, and fun extra misc condo activities usually going, etc... It is in a beautiful area of Saint George with incredible views of the city and the red rock mountains!

So many fun amazing things to do, memories to make, and beautiful views to see! Our favorites are Bear Claw Poppy (very family friendly bike trail right next to the condo), exploring Snow Canyon, hiking Red Reef trail, taking a full day in beautiful breathtaking Zions National Park, doing day trips to Las Vegas, riding side-by-sides on the Sand Hollow dunes, paddle boarding/swimming/cliff jumping at Sand Hollow Reservoir, climbing up on the Dixie Rock in Pioneer Park to take in the amazing 360 degree view that goes on forever, mining for selenite at Glitter Mountain, going to a play at Tuacahn Amphitheatre, and eating at all our favorite local restaurants and shopping around town.

We are only selling because our kids are growing up and we just are not using it anymore. We want to pass on the joy of yearly Saint George memories to the next family!
