It is a great low mileage RV. Has a 450 Ford engine. Everything works well, sleeps 5 comfortably with vast amounts of storage but we have 7 now so we are selling it. It is a 2000 model, the fridge, microwave, ac, heat and plumbing is all good. Very little use over all. It runs and drives very smooth. We just went to Yellowstone this week and it was perfect. At 60 mph it got 9 mpg so at 50 mph you would get closer to 10 or 12 mpg. New tires and awning last year. The batteries last for days and the generator is excellent. Has a scratch and scrape or 2 so not perfect but it's in excellent mechanical condition. Lots of storage and extras included. The roof was professionally re-sealed last year too and no leaks or stains. Has a new KING ($350) RV cover included too. Models like it cost over $15,000. More pics available.
