The sofa is in good condition with normal wear consistent with use. The leather is in great shape with no tears or rips. The cushions have some fade to them. But overall the couch will last for years.

We are selling the couch because it doesn’t fit in our new home. We are selling for $2000 but will take the best offer. We need it out of our garage as soon as we can.
