This normally sells for about $13k to $14,000 and about $8,000 for used in good condition. I am only asking $5995 OBO for my brand new one. Please see the pictures for all the actual specs because I am not familiar enough with those details. This is an excellent Trane brand, wonderful new piece of equipment that has never been used or installed and it will run perfectly for many years. It is reduced so much because there are a few scratches where the tie-downs were so it can not be sold as brand new. The Unit has the manufacturing date of 10 months ago.
