This 20-inch bicycle is equipped with front and rear hand brakes, a padded seat, and blue-rimmed wheels. It has a single-speed drivetrain and includes reflectors on the wheels and frame. The bike is ideal for kids ages 7 to 13 (or 4'5" to 5'0" tall). The zip ties are on it because it makes it "sound cool". I thought your kid might like them so I left them on so they can decide. My so took great care of this bike and didn't use it a ton. There are some West Jordan police department stickers on it. But they can be taken off easily. This bike retails for $130 new. Come take it for a spin. It does have a rip in the seat as shown in the pictures. Easy to replace. Fcfs
