Selling a custom-built, highly effective vocal/sound isolation booth. This booth was built with proper acoustic isolation principles in mind, not just thin wood. It works phenomenally well—even when living off a busy main road, standard car traffic was completely blocked out, and heavy semi-truck engine braking was muted down to a faint, non-disruptive level.

Perfect for voiceover artists, podcasters, streamers, vocalists, or musicians looking for a quiet space to record without breaking the bank on a commercial booth.

Key Features & Build Materials:

• Dimensions: 4ft Wide x 4ft Deep x 8ft Tall (Exterior). The interior is slightly smaller but spacious enough to sit or stand comfortably.
• Multi-Layer Acoustic Construction: Built utilizing an OSB exterior, Rockwool insulation for excellent mass and sound absorption, and a clean drywall interior.
• Flooring: Interlocking foam workout squares to help isolate foot tap and structural vibration.
• Bonus Storage: Features two built-in shelves on the interior wall for interfaces, laptops, scripts, or headphones.

Transport & Assembly Options:

There are 2 options for getting it to your space:

1. Transport in One Piece: If you have a trailer and a garage with high clearance, it can be loaded fully assembled. Note: It is heavy and will require a minimum of 4 strong people to lift safely. (My brother and I can help load it)

2. Disassembled (Modular): It can be broken down for easier transport. Two of the walls stay intact as solid panels 4ft by 8ft, while the other two disassemble into a flat-pack style (similar to IKEA furniture) to fit through tight doorways or to move easier.

What You Need:

The ceiling already has sound foam installed. But to get the absolute best performance out of the space and eliminate interior room reflections, you will need to purchase standard acoustic foam pads to staple or adhesive-tape to the drywall interior.
