Posting for my sister in Caldwell.

A random rooster showed up in their yard this morning. They're not sure if someone dropped him off because they knew we had chickens or what, but they've checked with all of their neighbors and he's not theirs. They already have two roosters or they would keep him, but can't. He appears to be a Barred Rock. He's a sweet, gentle boy, who's obviously been tamed because he just lets you hold and pet him. He'd be a great rooster for a family with children that needs one for their flock because he's not mean in the least. We don't want him to become food or a fighting bird. Please come give him a good home! We currently have him in a dog crate. They live near Goodson and Wagner in rural Caldwell.
