Scissors stairs (+$900 value). 4 clamp on tie downs. Tv is broke. Bought last year when my 5th wheel was in shop. Love this little camper, just cant justify having it. There is a moulding/trim that was existing when I bought it. HAS NO WATER DAMAGE!!
