The box was opened only to retrieve the assembly instructions and identify the item; no parts have been removed or individually verified, but everything appears intact in the original packaging. There are a couple of minor spots on the fabric that should clean up, and one small tear on the bottom of the headboard, likely not visible once assembled. Priced accordingly.
