Living Area

The layout makes excellent use of the available space.

Both Mercedes captain's chairs swivel to face the coach, creating additional lounge seating when parked.

A large TV is mounted beneath the drop-down overhead bunk, providing an excellent viewing angle from throughout the living area. A second interior TV is mounted near the entry door, and an exterior TV provides entertainment while relaxing outside under the awning.

Sleeping

• Main sofa bed extends across the coach to create the primary sleeping area for two.
• Drop-down cab-over bunk provides additional sleeping space for one or two children.
• Dinette-side couch can also be used as an individual sleeping space if desired.

Included with the sale is an unused aftermarket cab bunk/hammock system (approximately a $500 value). We purchased it to create additional sleeping space but never installed it, so we cannot guarantee fitment. It is included at no additional cost.

We'll include many of the camping essentials already in the coach, including:

Condition

Overall, the coach is in very good condition for its age.

The interior is clean, smoke-free, and presents exceptionally well. Everything functions as expected with the maintenance items noted below.

Exterior condition is good, with a few minor cosmetic dings and a small dent in the hood.

Recent Updates

• Power awning arm/mechanical assembly was replaced after it was damaged. The original awning fabric was retained and remains in good condition.

Maintenance Notes

To be completely transparent, and price reflects the routine maintenance items listed below. Buyer is welcome to have the coach inspected by any shop of their choosing.

• Fresh water pump should be replaced.
• Mercedes chassis is due for routine time-based maintenance.
• Generator is due for its routine service interval.
• House batteries are nearing replacement age.
• Hood support mechanism could use attention.
• Registration has not been renewed because the RV has been stored and not in use.

For a serious buyer, we're happy to have the Mercedes chassis serviced at our local Sprinter diesel shop prior to delivery, or provide an equivalent allowance if you'd rather have the service completed yourself.

The RV is currently insured. Clean title in hand.
