This beautiful RV can sleep 4 adults comfortable, space for 4 kids depending on their age. Everything works. Good working battery “holding charge” No leaks on the roof , no major damage on the entire unit. A/C working good. We are the 3th owner and it shows, it has been well taken care of. 4 new tires. Spare in good shape. Newer microwave

The only bad thing about this unit, is the shutoff valve for the black water tank is not closing all the way…..leaking a small drip at all times. I haven’t had time to look into it, will try to get it fixed soon. We are asking $3500. But To compensate for the shutoff valve on the black water tank, will sell it and include the $800 dollar generator. If I can fix the problem before the sell , will take $3800 for both. Thx.
