We are the original owner, purchased locally at Parris RV. Most of our trips have been short trips out to the Knolls. In our five years of ownership we estimate less than 25 trips. This toyhauler trailer is in great condition, with some normal wear. Our upgrades: \

3. Two 12V Lifepo4 lithium 100AH batteries (saves weight on hitch and power lasts far longer than original), including installation of charging motherboard that is compatible with lithium batteries. These batteries have always been stored in our home during the winter and there has been no sign of degradation. These batteries, combined with the solar panel and the inverter all make off grid camping very easy.\
4. New 14 ply tires with only a handful of trips, major upgrade from factory tires\
5. Nice foam mattress topper (king bed rv)

Generator Cummins Onan 4000 only has 45 hours on it. We only fill ethanol free gas in the onboard tank so the generator always starts easily.
