Faux leather set. Cosmetically the couch does have the faux leather breaking apart between the cushions while the loveseat is in perfect shape without this issue. Functionally both couches are in great condition with cushions in good condition for sitting on them. These would be great for a second room or if a cover was used on the couch. The couch is approximately 91" wide while the loveseat is 66". Both dimensions include side armrests.
