Business purchases beads, and manufactures them into bracelets or DIY bracelet kits. Business also sells loose beads. We've got a very great inventory system in place that tells us what to reorder, and when to order it.

Business was established in 2020, and sells almost everything through it's own website, though we do have a small number of sales coming in through Etsy, Shopify, Amazon and Faire (less than 10% of revenue) Amazon would be a LOT bigger for us if we added more products, I'm just not familiar with Amazon.

The business has $9,000 in subscriptions each month, over 53,000 customers, over 100,000 reviews on Etsy, and a loyal following on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. We have a VERY loyal customer base, with some customers ordering 2-3 times a week.

We have an established marketing cadence where we release products twice each month and have online classes where we teach people how to use our products. This brings in anywhere between $5000 and $10000 each month. Someone who has more time & energy than I do could easily increase the number of classes, which would increase the revenue.

The business is located in a warehouse in Spanish Fork. The lease on the building is $700/month for about 3500sqft (yes, I know that is an amazing deal!). The lease ends in September 2027, so the business could be moved anytime after that.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease and the medication isn't working for me. That means the next steps are either radiation or removal of my thyroid (to be determind). I already have other health issues, and but adding Grave's Disease knocked me on my back and I haven't been able to function. It's a fight each day to have enough energy to get through minimal tasks, and the brain fog is killing me. As much as I want to keep and run this business, I also recognize that I only have 'so much' energy and it needs to go towards my family and fighting Grave's Disease and the other health issues that I have.
