Jimi's Mini's - gourmet drizzled Donut boats and frozen lemonade treat trailer. with a 3 year proven success! -(we have been Marketing to the amusement and concession industry for over 30 years. - made connections with vendors at trade shows we attend and some of the best in the business advised us to 3 of the best profit items in the industry) - this was just a fun labor of love for a family side gig to do some fun vacations on the effort.- we had the trailer and converted it to a real simple slick operation. did the electrical, graphics ,stainless work, etc.

Offering- mini donuts -frozen lemonade- and soft serve in the lemonade -"frosty fusion" -"donut dream sundae" we have a great menu that is 5 bucks themed so family's love the fact that its the best value on the midway. we have ran some county fairs - island park labor day events and some high school football games, Sodfest, 4H shows. and the like - where there is a decent crowd of folks it does awesome..

Crew -It take 2 to 3 operators, one running the orders and taking money and 1 or 2 people serving up the goodies. at a busy event - 1 person can do the slow time of the day - but 3 when the lines are forming.

can get a 450 at the till as average - have had a 600 to 700 dollar night at

the friday night fall football game. a week at the county fair have done 4k.

Everything will be included all appliances needed to set up and serve- soft serve , donut cooker , bunn 2 flavor slush machine, commercial signage, commercial 2 door top load mini fridge from coke, signs and flags poles , it has a simple stainless sink that just runs water and drains into a catch bucket - as all you need wet fiber rags to clean up sticky messes. ( we get the yearly food truck permit and due to the fact we grab and take and clean the dishes ( just mixing jugs and buckets-again simple setup) nightly at home or because it just does a day event and a wedding event etc. -we don't need the 3 sinks )

This has been a fun project that works and makes good money without a lot of headache or overhead..
