My mother-in-law only used it for five years before she gave it to us. It’s just sat in our storage unit ever since… we don’t have a place to install it. I cleaned thoroughly inside and out, and it makes pebble ice amazingly well! Based on the serial number, I think it’s a 2014 year model but like I said it was only used for five years.
